- We are still clinging to the last hot summer days. As you can tell from the forecasts, Tuesday is going to be a hot day for us. In order to keep the kids out of the heat as much as possible, as well as to coordinate with indoor space, etc., we will be moving Tuesday’s rehearsal to 5-
8pm . Thanks for your flexibility in this regard. The heat is supposed to break by Thursday, so we will keep Thursday at 4-7pm as scheduled. - In regards to the Homecoming dance Saturday, students will be permitted to leave the Madison Central Competition after we perform in finals (we perform at
7:30pm in finals) if they are attending the dance. Students will only be permitted to leave the competition with their parents, they won’t be able to travel with other parents/older sibling drivers/etc.- In order to facilitate the chaperones checking students out after we perform, if you are planning on taking your child to homecoming after we perform in finals, please click on the following link to help us compile a list of students: https://forms.gle/Raeq2hmVvZ4JVS5HA
- Once we are don performing that evening, parents will check out their students with chaperones before they depart. We will do so back at our trucks/campsite.
