Dear Band Families,
The Ryle Tournament of Bands is less than two weeks away and there is still a lot to be done. It takes many volunteers and donations to make this event happen.
Hospitality donations – The hospitality room will provide a “fiesta meal” for over 200 people, including band directors and bus drivers from all the visiting bands as well as our own adult volunteers. This takes a lot of food! Please visit Charms and sign up to donate.
Note: Band members that volunteer will get a ticket to eat at concessions.
Tents/Tables – We will need folding tables and tents the day of the event. If you have these items and are willing to let us use them, they can be dropped off at Ryle on Tuesday 19th during band practice (5 to 8 pm).
Volunteers – We need volunteers for concessions, water tables, Papa John trailer, ticket sales, hospitality, and parking. We NEED volunteers!! We especially need help during the late afternoon when the students are warming up for their Exhibition. Just remember this is not Ryle’s last show and you will have plenty of opportunities to watch them perform.
